How do I install the tap filter?
Installation is quick and easy, typically taking under 5 minutes, no tools or plumber needed. An instruction manual is included in the box. Fits 95% of taps.
Installing the Purity Co™ Tap Water Filter is simple:
- Unscrew your existing tap aerator.
- Attach the included adapter to your tap.
- Twist on the filter and tighten securely.
Will this tap filter fit my tap?
The Purity Co™ Tap Filter is designed to fit most taps. Each box comes with multiple adapters to ensure compatibility with almost every standard tap. Please ensure your tap is compatible with our tap filter before purchasing.

How do I install the shower head?
Installation is quick and easy, and you don't need any tools to do it. Simply unscrew your current shower head from the pipeline, and screw this new one on in it's place.
How often do I need to change the filter?
Change every 3-6 months based on usage. If the water flow slows or the taste changes, it's time to replace the filter.
Use the filter status bar as your guide to know when a change is needed.
How do I know if I live in a place with 'hard' water?
Based on a recent Australian study on the quality of water across the country, the following states had hard water coming through their water system.
- South Australia
- Northern Territory
- Queensland
- Western Australia
- New South Wales
Victoria and Tasmania were found to have softer water than the other states, but still had levels of chlorine and flouride in the water whch the Purity Co™ Tap Water Filter can easily remove.
