Refund policy
30-Day Trial
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must not be damaged beyond reasonable testing or installation
- All original parts, adapters, and accessories must be included
- The item must not show signs of misuse, forced installation, or modification
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds Without Return
In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. This decision is made at our discretion and allows us to provide a faster and more convenient experience for our customers.
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a refund is issued without return, the item must not be resold or reused.

- A brief explanation of why the product wasn’t suitable
Our team may offer troubleshooting assistance, a replacement, or an alternative solution before processing a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
